After receiving the pump I drained the washer and the laid it down and did the repair from the bottom, it works a lot faster than removing the top and cabinet that is recommended. Some local appliance parts stores had a replacement pump but not the assembly. I didn't want any water leakage and wanted to replace it as an assembly. Appliance Parts Pros had the assembly in stock at a fair price. I ordered it online on Tuesday afternoon and did not expect to receive it until Thursday. Paul C Warrington , PA October 03, 2015 "nd" code on my samsung front load washer After finding the filter to be clean & the drain hose clear I was able to determine that the pump was bad as it was just "humming" instead of pumping. found your site & ordered the part. after arrival I found a you tube DIY Samsung pump replacement video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gsvye6sfO88, super easy all you need is a pair of channel lock pliers, a flat blade screw driver & a Philips head screw driver. took about 20 minutes to do the repair, works great!
