Rachelle September 15, 2020 for Model Number RSG257aars I have changed the ice maker and so now my freezer is making ice but my crushed/cubed only gives me crushed. The cube light is dimmer than the crushed light on front panel. do I need to replace the part on the door that the ice bucket/auger sits on? Which part is that and part number if that is the case?

David April 19, 2020 for Model Number RSG257AARS Hello I need just the inside part of this ice maker it’s held on by the 2 screws if you were to take it off it separates from the ice maker ,anyway to get it? .....thanks

Terry January 20, 2020 for Model Number RSG257AARS/XAA-0000 My ice dispenser quit dispensing. Still makes ice, I have replaced that twice now. The auger in the ice bucket seems to be really loose and spins freely. And even seems to be so loose it all but flops around. The other part of the auger in the door is tight and is hard to turn like I believe it supposed to be. It tends to lead me to the assumption that the problem lies with the removable ice bucket and auger. Your thoughts?
