How to Troubleshoot & Replace Samsung AP5620751 / DA67-02787A Refrigerator Freezer Handle End Cap

Remove old parts…. Replace with new. Easy… received correct replacement parts… the only downside is the price. 

Bought the handle support and end cap from appliancepartspros.com. Great site. Used the chat for a question I had. Ordered the parts. Received them very quick. Used the video from the site. Great experience. Fantastic. Repair went smooth and easy. 

Freezer door handle was easy. Remove broken parts, install new parts, re-install. Note: Buy the handle end caps, they're really easy to snap the tabs off when removing off your old hardware. The ice chute/gasket assembly didn't come out of the door easily (I ended up ripping the gasket and breaking plastic parts) Installation of the new one was easy and it definitely took some effort to get it fully snapped into place, which would explain why it was so hard to get the original out. 

Simply replaced the old part with the new one that I ordered and received from you. 

I replaced the parts I ordered, it was very simple, an now the handle is back in place an functioning well.

Found the correct parts, ordered & was pretty easy to fix. The video was particularly helpful, showed me exactly what I had to do. 

The broken end cap original part had fallen off and the replacement part snapped into place easily. 

Used YouTube to assist with repair. Easy fix. 

These parts were perfect and the repair was simple. It took all of 10 minutes tops. Philips head screwdriver, thin flat head to pry the end cap off and an Allen wrench for the set screw is all that was needed.
