Mike H Orlando , FL December 15, 2015 Washer wasnt draining I replaced the water pump. I have changed water pumps in the past on belt driven machines and it was easy to determine the problem. This is just a motor on the pump so it could have been the controller board or the wiring. I was put at ease because of the return policy. In the end it was indeed the pump. I received the part the next day even though I didn't pay for next day. Of course my wife was very happy that she wasn't without her washer for more than a day since we have two toddlers. I am very impressed with the service and would highly recommend this company. Read More... Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 15-30 minutes Tools: Adjustable Wrench, Screwdrivers

Ken P Lynchburg , VA December 04, 2015 Samsung front load washer drain pump failure I have absolutely no experience with appliance repair. So I watched several YouTube videos untilI felt confident enough to do the repair. I kept the screws laid out in order as I took machine apart. I checked then unclipped the hoses to the pump and it appeared somewhat damaged (hard to tell - but the hoses did not appear clogged so I figured it had to be pump motor) I ordered the new pump from this website - extremely efficient, saw picture of part, they sent link to track part with exact time it shipped and the brand new part was in my hand in about 24 hours! The reassembly was easier than I thought and presto! Worked perfectly! I think anyone could have done this repair but more importantly, saved a ton of time and likely a ton of money DIY! Read More... Matthew W Henagar , AL November 02, 2015 Appliance: Model WF448AAP/XAA 02 Faulty drain pump on my samsung washer The most difficult thing about the repair was getting the drier off the washer since we have them stacked. After getting the washer to an open area I simply removed the rear panel and flipped the washer on its side to access the bottom. The pump came out easily with a 12mm socket and I removed the rubber boot with a screwdriver and pliers for the clamps. Once I had the pump assembly out I removed three screws swapped out the pump motor and reassembled everything. It took about 10 to 15 minutes to actually do the repair. As stated earlier the hardest part was getting the machine to an area to work on it. It would have been much easier with someone to help move the drier. Read More...
