My washer is only 2 years old so it has on-board diagnostics which let me run different tests. From the testing I determined the pump wasn't working, I removed the pump and using the part number on the pump, I was able to locate the part quickly on Appliance Pros web site. Pump arrived in two days and after installing the new pump, everything is back to normal.
