Samsung 4-door ice maker began to leak after 1 year. We had a warranty contract which resulted in 5 repair attempts over a 6 month period. They ultimately replaced every part of the ice maker (accept the bucket). They even replaced the door. The first technician began by sealing a single seam at the wall. It went on from there with more and more water collecting in the chute and leaking around the chute gasket. Ultimately, Home Depot gave us a full refund, including the warranty cost. I continued with my own attempts, sealing EVERY seam around the unit and sealing the chute gasket. No luck. Then I read on this site where someone had replaced the bucket and it solved their issues. I ordered a new bucket, and bingo! A week in and the problem seems to be solved, fingers crossed.
