The door shelf for our samsung refrigerator broke again i really have to stop putting milk jugs in the door!

So, I got online and ordered a second replacement shelf. I ordered it one day and to my surprise it was on my porch by the time I got home the very next day! Less than 10 seconds later, I could put the milk jug back in it. Why is that the only place it will fit in the Samsung refrigerator?
