I ordered a new shelf and put it on the slots on the door. Im not keeping milk in a shelf on the door anymore. Putting it in the fridge on a shelf. I will say I was amazed how quickly I received the new shelf after I ordered it. Like the next day!

Checked Samsung web site & learned part was discontinued. Went to Lowe's & was given a card to contact Lowe's parts dept. They confirmed the part was discontinued, and had no suggestions for a replacement. Went to AppliancePartsPros.com web site & found a substitute part listed, along with a verification box that allowed me to check that it would be appropriate for the model in question, before making the order. Part arrived sooner than expected, well packed, in order, and was installed immediately. Kudos. 

I simply slipped the new one in in a matter of seconds!
