Ordered a sensor by checking what others experienced, and the symptoms. The part didn't arrive on time, which was frustrating, but it did fix the problem. Jose A Slidell , LA November 18, 2021 Appliance: Samsung Refrigerator RF28HDEDBSR/AA Fridge was flashing current temp but items were getting too cold/frozen (code c2 and 72c) Our fridge would display the temp on the screen 24 hours after resetting. Items were getting too cold or frozen. Self test showed C2 and 72C. Couldn’t find anything on 72C but found a thread online that showed C2 was die to a temperature sensor. I purchased both of these sensors, just in case. Replaced both in less than an hour and the fridge is working perfect. Read More... I found the fridge evaporator coil iced up. Suggested to the customer disconnect the fridge 2 days before arriving the parts. Once the parts arrived I removed the shelves and the evaporator cover then accessed to the evaporator coil and replaced the faulty parts. Read More...
