How to Troubleshoot & Replace Samsung AP4204535 / DC62-30314K Washer Water Inlet Valve

This website helped me diagnose the problem. I was able to order the part, and with the help of the excellent videos, install the part in minutes. Easy. This website has helped us repair our stove, washer, dryer and dishwasher. Some repairs were easier than others but we were able to make the repairs ourselves with the information on the site. We contacted a repair company and they quoted us approx $400 for the part. All we needed was the hot water inlet valve but they said they couldn't get just that piece and that we'd have to order a larger part...approx $375 plus labor. We were able to find the part at appliance pros for under $30. We provided customer service with the washer model and serial # and they helped us find the correct part. Regular shipping was very fast and the part was correct. We just watched a youtube video to do the repair and it was great.
