Well, since no instructions came with the new and improved parts I had no choice but to refer to a You Tube video. The actual mechanics of it all were not difficult but since it didn't look anything like the old one, I would have taken a lot longer to figure it all out. Still, I'm glad I bought it from you.

The video was very helpful although the dishwasher that it was demonstrated on was not a Kenmore. Would definitely recommend as a do-it-yourself if you have some general repair skills, especially since obtaining repair service is very difficult in my area.

I ordered the Adjuster Kit, and when we got them, they looked a little different than the parts we were taking off. I watched a video and presto in 15 minutes project was complete. 

AppliancePartsPros.com not only had the proper kit in stock, but the delivery was extremely fast (taking only 1 day to receive it). The video installation instructions online demonstrated how easy the repair was and fully explained the process. It only took 15 minutes total to complete the replacement of both sides of the rack rollers. 

Plastic parts holding the adjustment rack broke after 10 years. Looked at the part number and ordered over the internet. Parts arrived quickly and everything fit, except the diameter of the wheels was too big to fit into the rail. This time I called and spoke with customer service. They had me give them the serial and model numbers. Upon locating those numbers customer service determined that there were two parts that could be ordered, both identical with the exception of the size of the wheels. APP credited my first purchase and sent the new set the next day just in time for Christmas and the family food situation. Prompt and wonderful service!
