My husband did the majority of the repair, following the video in steps. The most fiddly bit like everyone else said was the spring wire band which goes on last on the outside part. What worked for us was putting the spring at the bottom, my husband put it mostly in place except for one side. Then, with needle nose pliers grabbing the ring at the end of the spring, I pulled it to that side with both hands. The spring is very strong and hard to pull. This allowed some slack for my husband to put the rest of the band in place.
