Ordered the replacement boot from AppliancePart.com. I received an email that afternoon telling me the part had been shipped and it arrived the next day. Great service.
Before I started the repair, I watched the video on the ApplianceParts.com website that took me through the repair step by step. I took the old boot off and when the part arrived I replaced the boot. All told I spent about 1 hour total to repair the machine. Whithout the video I would probably still be trying to figure it out. Thanks for a great service.
