How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6015081 / WPW10111435 Door Bellow Seal

I replaced the door seal but the washer still leaked. So I did what I should have done from the beginning which was take off the bottom panel and look carefully as it ran through a wash cycle. Sure enough, it was the drain hose leaking and not the door seal. Ordered that and it is now fixed. I order the door seal at 4:10 PM and had it the next morning at 10:30! Same great service with the drain hose. I found AppliancePartsPros while looking for a repair video. I thought it was the best repair video so I bought the parts from AppliancePartsPros as well. I'll look on AppliancePartsPros first next time. 

Ordered new bellow and inner wire. 

The bellow that I purchased fit like a glove and was an easy install works perfectly thanks so much for the how-to video on installing made it a 20-minute job !!!!! 

New seal 

Straight forward fix. Watch the video. In my case, the top didn't need removing and there was one screw for the control panel. I found putting the seal on was easy enough but the spring clamp can be a bugger. Do as the video says. While you're at it, clean the wastewater pump filter. 

Replaced bellows boot.

Watching the repair video did the trick. Have someone hold the door for you, heavy and I had to disconnect the outside spring to get it connected, kept coming off the small lip on the outside section.
