Initially, I ordered a set of drum rollers and bushings and a set of felt drum seals. I also ordered a drum belt since it had never been replaced. I followed the videos on your web site and replaced all the parts, reassembled the dryer and turned it on, but the noise was still present, though somewhat less than originally. One of the drum rollers was seized up and the rubber portion was hard and cracked. Thinking perhaps the drum had gotten bent, I opened the dryer back up, but everything was okay. I called my brother, who suggested I look at the motor shaft. He thought either the drive pulley or the blower fan might be loose on the shaft. The pulley was fine, tension was nice and tight, but when I disassembled the blower wheel housing, sure enough, the keyway inside the wheel was completely worn away. The wheel was turning freely on the shaft and inside the housing, causing the noise. I ordered the blower wheel assembly from Appliance Parts Pro, and it arrived the next day. I slid the blower wheel onto the shaft, attached the clamp, replaced the snap ring, and reassembled the dryer. When I turned it on, nothing but quiet. I ran several loads of clothes and everything dried beautifully -- and quickly. No telling how long the fan had been loose and not circulating air properly.
