When they arrived, I thought the incorrect parts were sent because they didn't match my old part. I called the 1800 number late on a Saturday and spoke to Gaye and a technician. They were very professional, patient, and walked me through what I needed to do. Basically, my run device and capacitor got replaced and I used jumpers between the overload, new run device/relay switch, and capacitor. I was a little taken back by the difference in parts and directions, but after speaking with the tech on the phone I was confident I could fix it myself. My freezer and fridge are now ice cold.
