How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP4303664 / W10161215 Dishrack

We bought a new rack. They seem pricey but it was an exact fit and couldn't have been easier. 

I ordered borh racks and recieved them in 3 days was pleased with time and order. 

Replaced the bottom rack. Couldn't have been easier. 

Ordered new ones & replaced them. 

Replaced the lower dishwasher rack. 

Replaced with slightly lighter rack. Hopefully the vinyl finish will not wear away quickly. 

Replaced it with the above lower dishwasher rack and silverware basket. 

Order e new rack. Attached the wheels. (Snap in place, no tools.) Removed the flatware basket from the old rack, Removed the old rack (slide out, no tools.) Put in the new rack (slide in, no tools. Put the flatware basket in place. Done! No need to turn off water supply for this repair. No need to unplug electrical power for this repair. 

Replacement rack 

Super easy to put on the wheels and replace rack. Kind of expensive but lots cheaper than replacing the dishwasher and it made me so happy! I was missing 17 tines and really couldn’t put any dishes in there anymore without them banging on each other and chipping. I have beautiful ceramic dishes, handmade.
