How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP3094183 / 279570 Dryer Door Latch Kit

After watching the video, ordered the parts. Received the parts quickly. Job took a about 8 hours because I took my time to clean up the excess lent, dust, dirt. Dryer has way to many screws and the model in video wasn't the exact model as mine, however it was very helpful. Also Ordered a door seal for the washer and again same comments before applies. 

I looked up the model number, watched a video on changing the clip. Ordered the part, it arrived in a few days and took less than 5 minutes to change. The thing that took the longest was getting all the duct tape marks off the dryer that my wife was using to keep the dryer door shut. 

Replaced the two door latches and now it works perfectly 

Ordered the part, received it 2 days later. 30 minutes FIXED! 

Replaced latch. 15 minutes. Even easier than the video here, but really helped to see that first. Seriously, I spent more time watching the video than doing the job. Works well now. 

Replaced the drive and pump belts. 

Ordered parts from your establishment, along with easy to follow instructions. Will be ordering all parts from you whenever I need them. 

Ordered catch. 

The replacement latch arrived very fast but came with no instructions. I had to take the dryer door apart to install the latch. There were a lot of screws but it was fairly simple and once apart the latch was pretty simple to replace. Some instructions would have helped since the four torx screws for the inner glass did not have to be removed at all to get the job done, but all in all a pretty simple job. 

I got the part through appliance parts pros. The diy was very easy as I followed the YouTube direction. Excellent service!! Thank you!!??the fix was easy using a putty knife
