From model #, I matched the parts from Appliance Parts Pros, followed the video from website and replaced with ease. 

After spending ridiculous amount of time trying to epoxy/ superglue / you name it, I found Appliance Parts Pro had the replacement part and two days later and ten minutes fixed it permanently. Thanx guys. 

I fixed this for a friend. This is the 2nd one I have fixed (I fixed my own a few years ago)Pretty basic stuff. Just common sense to fix it. Hassle though. Kitchen-Aid should be ashamed of the quality and improve this. 

First, I glued it back with another piece of plastic as a strengthener. Then I found and ordered the replacement part on AppliancePartsPros.com. It came in two days, and I noticed that the poorly designed weak spot in the original part had been reinforced. I installed the new part and all is A-OK. Only took me about 5 minutes, not counting the time spent cleaning the refrigerator shelf and cabinet. . 

Researched the appliance on AppliancePartsPros.com and found replacements for the left side track and deli tray door. Also APP had a video that told me exactly how to remove and replace both pieces which I did in about 10 min. 

I unscrewed the pantry support door track and replaced it with the new unit 

Replaced Pantry drawer support track. Took all of 5 minutes. Perfect part and very fast shipping. Also replaced old pantry drawer door which had been broken for a long time. Also it was the perfect part and took 30 seconds to replace. 

I bought a new one from you guys. Your website was super easy to use, easy to find the part, price was great. About 26 bucks with shipping. The part arrived really fast. I slapped that thing on and my refer is back to working great. $26 dollar part saved me from having to spend $2800 on a new refer. Thank you so much.....
