Alex U Pembroke Pines , FL May 18, 2015 Appliance: Model WHIRLPOOL REFRIDGERATOR Water was not dispensing out of refridgerator and (older issue) ice was not coming out of dispenser With your websites HELP! It was a pleasure to see that there are all types of videos to help you understand how to remove pieces and trouble shoot what the issues were. In the past I would attempt to remove pieces not really understanding all the in's and out's. What would happen is typically i would break other pieces in the process. NOW with your website and helpful videos I was able to take apart the pieces (NOT BREAKING THEM IN PROCESS) and only buy the pieces that were needed with out the additional ones that I would damage in the process previously. The website, videos, ease of ordering is the best thing in the world. It made it that much easier to get the water flowing and ice dropping and now the whole family is happy again! Cooper N Graham , TX March 03, 2017 Appliance: Model WHIRLPOOL REFRIDGERATOR Water filter needed to be changed This was simply an incredible experience. Once I received the filters, which were delivered promptly by Appliance parts or is.com, I handily removed the old filter. Fortunately, I remembered to turn the ice maker off beforehand, or else we could have been facing a nuclear implosion. After the filter was successfully out of the unit, the handle was removed from the old filter and placed on the new filter. Just before inserting the new filter and making a fatal mistake, I removed the filter cap from the new filter and installed it on the old filter. From here, I hesitated not to throw the old, used, faithful, yet retired filter into the garbage can. At this point, it was time to insert the new filter into the refrigerator unit. I remembered to check the orientation of the new filter, and fortunately this filter was not a transgender unit. With absolutely no trepidation, I inserted the filter and turned it 90 degrees clockwise in order to complete the mating sequence. I proceeded to flush 4 gallons of water through the unit, and after that, my family has since enjoyed clean filtered water. Thank you AppliancePartsPros.com! Read More...
