How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP8054676 / W11768590 Dishwasher Door Gasket

I also noticed water coming out air gap at sin. I removed hose to disposer and found it plugged with food . Cleaned it out and dishwasher no longer leaks . 

Contacted AppliancePartsPros.com helpline to confirm that the gasket listed would fit my dishwasher. The gasket arrived, install video was clear and helpful. No more leaks. I had to trim about 1/4" off for a perfect fit, but a pair of scissors was all that was required. 

Watched YouTube and found the problem. Put in a new seal around the door and tighten the screws on the door, done and dusted. My first DIY, my sweetie is usually the fixer but arthritis makes it impossible for him to do this kind of thing anymore.

Installed new gasket. 

Replaced the gasket. 

Took out old, put in new gasket to prevent leaks. 

Replaced gasket. 

Replaced dishwasher tub gasket with a new gasket. Leak stopped! 

Replaced the gasket. Probably the easiest appliance repair I've ever done. Pretty much anybody should be able to do it. It took less than 10 minutes.
