How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6010395 / WP67004106 Water Filter Head And Tube Assembly

I replaced the water filter head/tube assembly and it corrected the issue. 

Wish I would have found this solution sooner. My last two refrigerators suffered from this problem and the common advice was the slow water was due to a filter issue or blockage in the water line causing low water pressure. Less than 20 min to fix and the drinking water is coming out full speed. 

Changed out the water filter head as the small pointed retracting inlets had worn down and we're not engaging. This wouldn't allow water to flow through to the water dispenser or the ice maker. After replacing the head everything works great.
