How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6008281 / WP3387747 Dryer Heating Element

Replaced the heating element and high limit thermostat 

Replaced the thermal cut off switch, bought thermal cut off kit. Replaced the heating element even though it was not bad. 

Identified the issue. Then called the PROS to order the parts. Ordered heating element and changed it along with the sensors while it was apart. Always get the correct parts the first time when I order them from you guys. 

Replaced the thermal fuse, other parts element and thermostat were still good. 

Quick ohmmeter diagnosis, replaced 2nd time 

Replaced. Watched video 

Replaced the heating element and the thermal switches. The dryer works like new. 

Bought new element. Followed the you tube video for easy replacement. Good tip getting the dryer front off with putty knife to release. The parts were in the kit and easily identified. Watch out for sharp edges on the crudely stamped and cut out parts. 

Used videos from each part to install. Very very easy and concisely. I have repaired my refrigerator and washer using videos from AppliancePartsPros.com. It saved me ???? in the long run.
