I replaced the new internal drain hose. IMPORTANT: AppliancePartsPros.com was the ONLY website offering the CORRECT replacement part. Other sellers (including the big, orange, box store) all listed the same hose as the appropriate part. Two problems with that: Their part is an inch too short; The old hose is heat-fused onto the white, intermediate part that attaches the internal and external drain hoses. It would be IMPOSSIBLE to remove the old hose from that part, thus requiring this part AP6020369 which consists of the proper endings. BTW, this part is almost half the price of the others, despite it being longer and containing the needed intermediate end. Go figure! INSPECT AND MEASURE before you order the replacement part. The replacement was easy: In my case, the washer remained in the upright position. 1. Loosen and tilt back the control panel. (2 screws) 2. Removed washer machine cabinet; (two large clips along side control panel, then tilt and pull upward) 3. Loosen clamp and disconnect end from the water pump; 4. Disconnect the other end from the backplate of the machine. 5. Installation is in reverse order. The hardest part is reinstalling the cabinet. Kinda tricky.
