How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6022534 / WPW10515058 Refrigerator Led Light Assembly

I replaced it with a new LED Light Assembly and it works well. 

Replaced the main LED Light Assembly in the fridge. 

I replaced the LED Light Assembly in the refrigerator. 

I replaced the main lighting control unit in about 2 minutes and all of the lights work! No more strobing! 

Swapped out the LED on the fridge side. Used a small flat head screwdriver to unclip the four tabs. Unplugged and installed new LED. Took less than 1 min. The lights are now working like before. 

Started by calling local appliance repair shops. No one would diagnose my issue over the phone - I get that - they wanted a "service call". Once I saw what that was going to cost I did a Google search of the problem. That narrowed down the possible solutions. I found AppliancePartsPros.com online - used the "Chat Line" option - the person I talked to said based on their experience - it was the main light in the fridge. I ordered the light - it worked. The only thing that made me anxious was - IF what I ordered didn't fix my issue - I was stuck with the part. It all worked out. 

Ordered a replacement LED Light Assembly from AppliancePartsPros.com along with watching the video. It took maybe 5 minutes to take out the old light and put in a replacement LED light. Also saved money by ordering from AppliancePartsPros.com than other sites. Part# WPW10515058 

I contacted AppliancePartsPros.com and ordered the parts (lights). They both came the next day and I watched the video on how to install them. I was able to remove the old lights and install the new ones in 15 minutes without any problems. 

I ordered the LED Light Assembly & watched the VERY helpful video on how to replace it. The part arrived in two days & it took me five minutes to replace the part. The most difficult steps in the process were moving the refrigerator out to unplug it! 

Unplugged the frig from the electrical outlet, Replaced the LED Light Assembly on the refrigerator side which in turn corrected the flashing lights on both side (refrigerator and freezer) in under 5 minutes as video instructed. The project was super easy.
