How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6008637 / WP349639 Lint Screen

I ordered a new one. 

Easy fix, just removed the old one and slide the new one in place, but the real story is how AppliancePartsPros.com remedied a problem. The first lint screen I received was damaged when it was packed for shipping, so I contacted Joshua at AppliancePartsPros.com. In just 2 days (which were a Saturday and a Sunday) he had a new part on its way to me with no hassle at all. Good outfit!

Took item out and put new one in! One thing that didn’t meet my expectations was the packaging. This was a small item shipped in an enormous box with tons of shipping pillows. When possible, it would help everyone and the planet if you used the just right sized box and packaging. Thanks.

A quick surfing in the web found appliancepartspros.com, put the model number of my dryer in and boom! Found the exact parts that I was looking for, thanks. 

Replaced element and all safety heat switches, cleaned dryer vent and ducting. Vacuumed all dust and lint from the electrical and vent system. 

Typed in the dryer model number. The exact part came and fit perfectly. 

I had two repair men here over some time for other problems and neither one would order me a new lint screen. So after I got out of college I got the great idea to call the Pro's. In three days I was like new! Thank you guys. Nice??
