Carolyn C Marana , AZ July 19, 2016 Washer was displaying f1 error code control board needed replacement Ordered the Electronic control board. Easy process with ordering and parts availability. Excellent tech support video available on website for exactly how to replace this component on the washer. Received the part in two days. Followed step by step process as I watched the video. Replaced the part successfully. Washing is working beautifully. We bought the house with this defective washer. Through my research I was able to repair it in about 30 minutes. Hopefully, the washer will service me a few more years in order to recoup the cost of the new control board. Happy to have the resources from Applicance Parts.com Read More... Randy R North Bend , WA May 14, 2016 Appliance: Whirlpool Washer WTW6700TW1 Whirlpool cabrio 6700 repeated f1fault code required multiple pause/start attempts to make it run Replaced electronic control board. Watched the video, did it myself. Easy. Took photos of work area just in case but didn't really need them. Wire harnesses lay out right where they belong for the most part. One point of note however, the case has colors of wired molded in right above each socket. They DO NOT match actual wires as this part is used in many brands. But each plug has physical keyways that allow insertion into only the correct socket. Most difficult part was cat who insisted on helping. Read More...
