I did pay for expedited shipping because my house is on the market, but service was excellent!! I watched a couple YouTube videos on how to replace the magnetron and diode on my Jenn Air microwave. I was able to take apart and replace the magnetron and diode in about an hour, saving me time and money. A professional repairman would have cost me hundreds of dollars and that would have been if I could have even get an appointment scheduled in a timely manner. Read More... Placed on kitchen counter, disassembled unit. Shelter in place microwave repair 101. Installed magnetron and diode into unit. Reassembled microwave and remounted.
