Washer model mah4000aww would not agitate or spin

Installed motor conversion kit, part number AP4010145, and now my washer works perfectly and spins the clothes until just damp so my drying times have decreased. Although the repair video was not my exact model, the installation was similar so everything went smoothly. Thanks Appliance Parts Pros!

Error code lr locked rotor motor drive failure

I contacted Customer service @Appliance PartsPros and ordered a new motor drive part #12002039(AP4010145) and recieved the kit via Fedex the following day.When you guys say fast you mean it. I found this kit to be easy to install and the instructions easy to understand.My only problem, I'm 68yrs old and getting up and down off the floor was a bit tough. I want also to thank the lady in customer service who helped me with this order. Outstanding service !!
