The second part came but i realized I had water in the machine but no circulation. This time I ordered the circulation motor. Bingo right part for the problem. I watched the video online before attempting the repair, which was helpful but not the exact machine. I timed the repair one hour tops from turning off the electric and water to putting machine through a cycle. It works great. Read More... The chopper fix was easy, but it didn't totally fix my problem. Therefore I ordered the circulation motor/pump. As it turns out, the impeller was destroyed and the pump was ok. Too bad I couldn't have just replaced the impeller. (The impeller is attached to the motor). With your technical support team and videos my fix was easy! Thank you! Read More... The video was great for taking the machine apart. When I got the motor out I could feel a drag when turning it by hand. I took the motor apart and found that the bearings had seized up.
