How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP3104565 / 4342528 Oven Igniter

The diagnosis was simple, I checked to make sure the power and controller was working using a volt meter. With this confirmation, I ordered the part and received it on the second business day. Replaced oven/broiler igniter. Couldn't believe how fast the part got here. Ordered Friday around noon and it was here Saturday before noon without special shipping charge. Very satisfied. 

Replaced igniter 

I replaced it. This model does not require any back panel removal as the plug is readily accessible from a cutout in the panel. Took less than 15 minutes to fix.

I found an upload on you tube with the name of the part that could be my problem. Called up Appliance partsPros.com. Part arrived and after reading the enclosed instructions, I proceed with the repair. It was a very simple fix and a cheaper alternative to a brand new range. I am very happy that I found AppliancePartsPros.com. 

Ordered the oven bake/broil ignighter and replaced it in approximately 20 min. Very easy job. I only gave it a 2 because you may have to wrestle your oven away from the wall to unplug and shut off the gas. 

I watched your u tube video and when I got the part it was a snap to fix.
