By trouble shooting on a live chat with Nadene, then by actually speaking with Bud the second time. We didn't quite get it right the first time, but that is by no means a discredit to Nadene, she was great, and we did what we could do at the time. Then after speaking with Bud, then Brent, we got it down to the control panel as opposed to the control board we thought would do it the first time. All in All, fantastic. I can't say enough good things about how the whole process went. I am in tech support for a company that uses very high-tech electronics, but I know very little about appliances, so the help I received was great.
