How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6019603 / WPW10326469 Center Rail

Ordered a new Center Rail from you.

Replaced them with purchased parts. Able to find the right parts online and order them with the help of AppliancePartsPros.com agents. 

Replaced the center rail. 

Very easy to fix as no screws or hardware was involved. Removed produce drawers, lifted glass shelf above rail system, and put new Center Rail in place. The rail fits perfectly & the produce drawers slid right back in. Easy. The website was also easy to use & finding what I needed & ordering was simple to do. 

Removed the old frame and rail. Transfered metal support rod and panel for humidity control. Only tool needed was a small flat-blade screwdriver. Also wanted to add that first shipment from UPS did not include the frame. Contacted APP and they made it right ASAP. 

Crisper drawers: Replaced Crisper Shelf Frame and Center Rail. It was easy. The video left out that you also have to transfer the metal support from the old shelf to the new shelf. However, if you can remove/transfer the other parts, then you'll have no problem figuring out how to remove/transfer the metal support to the new shelf. Pantry door: Also easy to replace with the new part. We have used AppliancePartsPros.com for dishwasher and dryer parts as well. The videos are excellent. 

Just followed the video that was attached to my order and it worked like a charm. 

I ordered the replacement parts. 

This item is a weak point in the frig. I've had to replace this 3 times now. Someone should make a stronger one, but fortunately, it's not a $300 item.
