How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6019603 / WPW10326469 Center Rail

Watched an online video and followed those instructions. Simple, 5 minute job! 

Removed glass shelf..inserted new Center Rail. Put the glass shelf back in.

The part supplied was an exact replacement. After removing the items on the shelf, the drawers, and the glass, the frame came right out. The center rail easily snapped out, the new center rail snapped in and the rest of the process reversed to complete. I watched the available video and was assured the process was a simple as thought. The actual installation went just like the video. Cleaning up the detritus that accumulates over time in a refrigerator took nearly as much time as the actual installation.
