How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP3109339 / 4388538 Refrigerator Shelf Stud Kit

Bought new pins and installed them. Shelf is as it should be. 

Watched the video that showed exactly what to do, and fixed the problem I was living with for two years. Used glue to try and fix the posts until your video showed me how easy it was to remove and replace.

I followed the instructions in the video (less unplugging the unit), and the repair was very simple. The video was invaluable in the process and greatly appreciated. I would like to note that the part that I used was listed as not being compatible with my model, but it worked fine. The replacement part is an off white in color, where the original was a pure white, which probably explains the non-compatibility issue. Delivery was next day. Outstanding customer service!
