How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6007577 / WP308126 Spring

Replaced the spring 

I pulled the oven out of place to replace the springs. Didn't have to. Just remove oven draw and springs were right there. Super easy and fast (just don't over think like I did). FYI only one spring broke, I replaced both. Should take ten minuets or less.RF 

I bought a new one and my 15 year old son put it in. It was a textbook case.
