Since I wasn't able to determine with certainty what part I needed, I decided to check the existing part for numbers. I pulled out my stove being careful to not scratch the wood floor. I then removed a number of phillips head screws with a cordless drill that were holding the metal back panel to the stove. With the metal panel removed, and the screws underneath the knob removed, the switch was free. The numbers printed on it helped AppliancePartsPros.com identify the replacement. Since I knew how to remove the old part, once I received its replacement, it was simple to install. I ordered it late on a Tuesday, received it Friday by lunch.
