How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP4568155 / W10339251 Water Level Switch Kit

Looked online at your site, found the video on how to fix, ordered the part, and the repair went GREAT!!!!!!! 

Purchased and installed the water level switch kit. Watched the on-site repair video several times, then with laptop nearby went through the repair step by step. Even vacuumed under the washer while it was pulled out. The only problem was not kit related; the video shows the repair in a spacious studio while the actual repair was in a cramped laundry room. Your contortions may vary. Be sure to gather your tools before hand and have them within reach. Wear gloves, metal flanges can can hang out where you can't see them. 

Because I had replaced the timer on the washer a couple of years ago I was familiar with how to access the controls having watched the "AppliancePartsPros" video at the time. I ordered a replacement "Water Level Switch" and replaced it within 5 minutes. I did short-cut the repair in that I did not replace the hose to the switch. I trimmed about a half inch off the end that had been attached to the old switch. Other than not being able to turn the old switch from "small" and "medium" positions it worked fine. The new switch works as it should in all positions and is easily switched from one position to another. 

Had to put in a new switch, and you had a good reinstall video. 

Ordered new direct drive kit took about 1hr to replace and works perfect! 

Parts were here in no time. The machine went back together like a charm And she is running like she is a newborn again I could not be happier Husband did the work and he didn't do a whole lot of cussing so I am guessing the job was easier than he anticipated 

I watched the helpful video that was on the website and installed my new water level controller without any issues 

Ordered water level switch - remove and replace switch , direct replacement no problems no hitches . Felt no intimidation having to do the repair myself ,really easy. 

We ordered the pressure switch & watched the online video for installing it, & it went great! The video was such a handy resource for showing us how to remove everything & what things would look like when we opened the washing machine up. So the install was super smooth & easy, & everything fit just the way it was supposed to. The hardest part was getting the outer shell back on the machine, but once we got the angle right & maneuvered the base back into the groves it snapped right back into place. Again the video was really helpful in showing how to do this. Plus the part arrived in 2 days so we were back up & washing again really quickly. It was also helpful to see the repair ratings on the part & know it was something we could tackle ourselves with just a few everyday tools. Will definitely try this again when we have another problem with our appliances. Thank you so much Appliance Parts Pro!
