Thought I had to replace the entire lower tray until I examined the schematic. Kenmore must know that the end of the back tine row rusts off and the tine is too short to fit correctly. So glad the fix was simple. Box arrived ahead of schedule, always a plus even though this was not a life-critical repair. This could have resulted in a permanent bend. I removed the wheel assembly, which was easy, and put the end of the tine in the slot and reinstalled the wheel assembly. I looked for the right product but found my dishwasher had 13 tines and the pic I saw had 12 so I went to CHAT. I had to produce the serial # to get the right product. The tech brought up a pic for me to see and it was the right one. This is the first time I've used this company and I plan to use them again. Excellent service.
