Replace the top rack supports and then the side rails. 

Watching your video and installing new slides 

Replaced glide rails from appliance parts pro. 

Ordered left and right upper rack slides. The repair was simple. The difficult part was sliding the dishwasher out from under the countertop due flooring that had been added years after the dishwasher. 

It was fixed by pulling the dishwasher out and removing the outside screws to replace both left and right side rails. This took a few minutes because the side brace screws that keep the dishwasher from moving or vibrating had a flap that had to be flush with the appliance before I could pull it out. 

Replaced the broken parts 

I called Applicance Parts Pros to get the correct parts and watched their video on how to remove the old slides and install the new ones. 

I removed the screws holding dishwasher to cabinets and pulled the dishwasher out. I then partially removed the insulation surrounding the dishwasher housing. This exposed the screws I needed to unscrew to release the existing top rails on the right side. The left side of the dishwasher had some plastic ductwork that I needed to release from the inside of the dishwasher first, before taking it apart to expose the screws that held the left side rail onto the dishwasher. I ordered perfect parts from ApplianceParts Pros.com and simple reversed my procedure. 

Purchased new slides from AppliancePartsPros. Then watched and followed the repair video. Very easy fix. 

Replaced both upper rack arms and rack lifters
