I had a lower rack track assembly break a year or so ago, so I knew the problem. When I did that I ordered the track for the other side, but never replaced it. This time I replaced both that track and the two on the top rack. Easy procedure, just unplug the dishwasher, remove the rack(s), unfasten it from the cabinets, slide it out, that exposes the hex-head screws that hold each of these in place, remove those and the track, put the new track in, secure the screws, plug it back in and the job is done. Takes about 15 minutes to do three.
Note that the left side track screws are covered by an air duct that is easy to loosen and move. A clip on the top of the duct holds it down and it locks itself in place to the air source. Just slide that clip up, gently pull the duct upwards, slide it out from the bottom and move it out of the way.
The most delicate part of this repair is removing the racks. The locks that secure it in place can break off, especially if they have been in use for a number of years and made more brittle with the heating and cooling inside. I anticipated that and ordered those parts, as well. The top rack uses two WPW10546503 on both sides. That is also an easy fix.
