The error code indicated a problem draining water out of our Whirlpool Duet Laundry Washer. I checked the filter and it was clean. Next I checked the impeller on the pump and it spun with great resistance which indicated a bad pump. I called Appliance Parts Pro because they are a great resource and ordered a new pump & filter. Next I watched their video for this part which was great! When the part arrived I followed their instructions and completed the repair in about 90 minutes. My wife was thrilled to get her washer back.
