After reviewing information on your site, I took the cooktop apart and removed the 12" element, noting that it was shorted out and needed replacing. I ordered the part in the morning. I was expecting the part to arrive in 3-5 business days. The part was at my door the following morning! This is the 2nd time I've used this site to order parts - in both cases, I received the parts in a day or 2. I replaced the element and everything works as designed.
