I have fixed many things by watching You Tube videos so I gave it a try. I stumbled upon your repair video for my mixer and what a great step by step video you did. it was relatively easy to disassemble and replace the part I ordered from your store. It works great! So for $30.00 and a couple of hours of my time, I saved the cost of buying a new mixer ($350.00)
