After reading a blog about a similar problem, and talking to a tech that recommended I call a service, I ordered parts as did the blogger. Rest, calibrated several times, diagnosis' had no codes ( if anyone could figure that out) Removed the agitator and cleaned everything. Reinstalled it Took the lid lock off lid and inserted it into slot, that way you can have the lid open and see what is going on in there. Test run:: everything worked as should, like brand new. Only the thrust washer had very little wear on it but was dry. Even though the agitator parts were really not needed I changed them out anyway and used vasoline as my grease. About 15 minute job. Only the parts inside the agitator were replaced.
