This website was unbelievable. Quick search for the symptoms and tried both recommended checks. First, the belt, which was fine, then the motor. Ordered replacement motor (for a ten year old machine) that arrived in 48 hours! Video instruction on swap out was incredibly simple. Washer was fixed in 15 minutes. Can't recommend this site/service enough!
