Disassembled unit and replaced roller. Only issue was that unit has two rollers which was not readily apparent from diagram so I only ordered one but would have ordered two rollers had I known. Wish that was more clear on web site. Other than that web site is great. Had a question as to belt routing which was easily resolved by viewing video.
