I knew nothing at all about dryers, but I found the gas dryer troubleshooting video on youtube, and just checked each thing until I came to the belt and found it broken. Then I bought the part, and followed the instruction video on the parts page. It took a while because I'd never taken a dryer apart, but the video was very very clear and I had no trouble! Total time I didn't have a dryer was 3 days. I'll always check here first in the future!
