Very easy to use website on ordering parts; illustrated parts breakdown was excellent too; parts arrived in < 3 working days; the videos to repair are great; video showed I needed another clip and clamp to repair, which I missed (broke off) and didn't even know about; took a little longer because cleaned all dust from exhaust tube and interior of dryer and cleaned door exterior/interior with Soft Scrub; figured I saved at least $170 or more on labor and no markup on the parts if had to get a repairman; dryer sounded and looked brand new;
