I watched the APP video on the subject. trouble shot the problem down to a malfunctioning inlet water valve. I ordered the valve from APP and as I was reviewing the video on how to replace the valve I identified another possible problem with the replacement. The internal inlet hose could be damaged. Another quick call to APP for the hose and clamps. Between the two orders total shipping time was 3 days. The repair it self from getting the dishwasher out of the cabinet and replacing valve and hose took @ 1 hour. I ran the dishwasher sitting on the floor and everything worked as it was supposed to and all connections were tight and dry. I'll reinstall the dishwasher this afternoon. I cannot say enough about the quality of the customer support provided by every member of the APP staff I interacted with.
